This elevator cab renovation consisted of the installation of new Hoistway Door Cladding. The door cladding for this job is made from Architectural stainless steel textured metal. We custom fabricated this metal to adhere snug and secure over top of the existing hoistway door. The new hoistway door cladding adds a sophisticated look to the existing elevator lobby.

This elevator cab interior is clad in satin Muntz Bronze. Our elevator interior renovation consisted of the installation of new Bronze ceiling, lighting and wall panels. The island style ceiling incorporates LED down lighting to properly illuminate the elevator cab and make the Bronze accents stand out. The elevator interior wall panels are made out of bonded metal, wrapped in a Bronze panel binder. The combination of these materials add texture to each wall panel, giving them a clean finished look. Wall Panel binders also add protection to the edges of each wall panel, helping to prevent day to day damage. All satin Muntz Bronze is lacquered to prevent against oxidation and discoloration.

Holiday Inn, College Park incorporates a combination of corner and horizontal panels. All wall panels are plastic laminate. The corner wall panels are a satin brushed pattern while the horizontal center wall panels have a wood grain pattern. The island style satin stainless steel ceiling has integrated LED lighting designed specifically for elevator cab interiors. Reveals and handrail are satin stainless steel and match the ceiling. The flooring is a carpet tile which blends well with the corner wall panels. This elevator cab interior came together very well. The bend of colors and textures really make this design stand out.

The 2000 M Street elevator cab interior has a Corner Wall Panel design and is clad in satin stainless steel. The island style ceiling incorporates a unique lighting scheme. Lighting consists of LED down lights which are integrated into the ceiling, as well as recessed lighting above of the ceiling. The recessed lighting is attached to the top of the elevator ceiling and reflects light off the cab dome. This effectively back lights the area above the ceiling. The elevator interior wall panels are a combination of architectural textured metal panels and cherry wood veneer corner accent panels. The textured metal wall panel edges are wrapped in a satin stainless steel panel binder. Panel binders offer a clean finished look as well as added protection from day to day use. The flooring installed in this cab is a porcelain tile.

This elevator cab interior renovation consists of ceiling, lighting, reveals and wall panels. The elevator interior wall panel design is unique in regards to the custom corner wall panels. These corner wall panels are overlay-ed in front of the back wall panels adding depth to the cab. All wall panels are made from plastic laminate selections. Reveals are black plastic laminate and transfer from wall to ceiling, adding to the unique look of this elevator interior. The ceiling is an island style plastic laminate ceiling with integrated LED lighting. This project had many special characteristics which give this elevator cab interior a artistic structured look and feel.

The Watergate Building elevator interior renovation project is an upscale Corner Wall Panel layout. The island style ceiling is mirror polished stainless steel with integrated LED down lighting. Lighting is specifically designed to fit the lighting needs of each elevator on a per cab basis. Elevator interior wall panels are laminated back painted glass with #8 mirror polished stainless steel panel binders. Panel binders look aesthetically pleasing as well as add increased protection to the wall panel edges. The main wall panel is cherry wood veneer wrapped in mirror polished stainless steel panel binders. The rounded mirror polished stainless steel handrail goes well with the other stainless steel accents in the cab. This elevator cab interior is aesthetically pleasing. It has a sharp look with a business oriented feel.

Elevator lighting is attached to the cab dome and diffused through the grid ceiling to dispense the light evenly across the entire cab. Reveals in this elevator cab interior are satin stainless steel. The handrail is round with bullet ends and is made of satin stainless steel. The elevator interior wall panels are made out of white back painted laminated glass and wrapped in a stainless steel panel binder. This combination of materials give the elevator cab interior a stylish futuristic look. Each panel has custom mill work for a classic early 1900's look. The ceiling is fabricated from wood veneer and integrates LED down lighting designed specifically to properly illuminate and elevator cab of its size. This ceiling also has recessed lighting located on top of the ceiling which illuminates the frieze, adding a warm ambiance to the elevator cab interior. The handrails, base and frieze are satin Muntz Bronze. Handrails and guardrails offer impact protection, helping to prevent damage to the elevator interior wall panels.

This ceiling is broken into six section separated by mirrored polished stainless steel reveals. Each ceiling reveal aligns with the elevator cab wall reveals. This cab design gives this cab a very symmetric structured look. LED Lighting modules for this elevator cab are located in each ceiling panel section. Flooring for this cab was not included in our project scope.

Elevators for this project are located in the parking garage area of this apartment complex. Material selections were carefully chosen due to the heavy use, high traffic location of the cabs. The rubber flooring will withstand heavy foot traffic and large equipment such as rolling carts and bicycles. Textured metal wall panels were selected due to the strong dent and scratch resistance. These elevator cab interiors will stay in tip top shape for a long time due to the careful selection of interior finishes.

The elevator ceiling was fabricated using mirror polished stainless steel with integrated LED down lighting. Reveals and handrails are fabricated from mirror polished stainless steel. The handrail is round and made from satin stainless steel and the flooring is carpet. The accent frieze and chair rail wall panels are fabricated from a darker wood grain plastic laminate. Contrast in plastic laminate selections gives this elevator cab structure and symmetry.

The Woodmere elevator interior renovation project showcases a unique wall panel layout. The elevator wall panels themselves are a wood grain plastic laminate with matching vinyl edge banding. This elevator interior wall panel layout has tall vertical upper wall panels and short lower wall panels. This cab also features individual chair rail panels separated by a reveal. The reveals and ceiling panels are black plastic laminate. The ceiling is an satin aluminum grid ceiling frame with individual drop in ceiling panels. Each ceiling panel incorporates an LED down light. Lighting is designed specifically to fit the lighting needs of each elevator cab individually. The handrail is a satin stainless steel flat bar with bent ends. Flooring is carpet tile with a grey carpet border and base.

The Remington place elevator cab interiors are a modified upper/lower wall panel design. All wall panels in this cab are flush mounted. The corner panels, chair rail panels and frieze panels are black plastic laminate. The main upper and lower elevator interior wall panels are fabricated with architectural textured metal. Each textured wall panel is wrapped in satin stainless steel panel binders. This island style ceiling is satin stainless steel with integrated LED down lighting. The base is recessed and made of satin stainless steel.

Architectural textured metal wall panels are an excellent choice for high use elevator cabs such as freight elevators. The textured surface offers great scratch and dent resistance compared to other materials choices. Panel binders also offer excellent wall panel protection because they wrap around the outer edge of the entire panel. This strengthens the panel by reinforcing the outer edges. It also offers protection against cracking and chipping and de-lamination at the edge of the paneling. Combining textured metal and panel binders is the best option if you want an elevator finish that will remain in good condition for many years.

The World Wildlife Fund elevator interior renovation project uses an upper/lower wall panel design. The upper wall panels are made using laminated back painted glass. The lower wall panels are made from architectural woven metal mesh. All elevator interior wall panels are wrapped in satin stainless steel panel binders. Panel binders help protect the edges of the wall panels by helping to make them resistant to impact. The handrails in this elevator cab are flat bar satin stainless steel. This elevator cab's ceiling is very unique because it is fabricated as four separate sections. Each section is fabricated using satin stainless steel. Indirect LED lighting is attached to the inside of each ceiling section. The ceiling design helps to really make this elevator interior renovation project stand out from the crowd.

This elevator cab interior is clad in satin Muntz Bronze. Our elevator interior renovation consisted of the installation of new Bronze ceiling, lighting, reveals, handrails and wall panels. The island style ceiling incorporates LED down lighting to properly illuminate the elevator cab and make the Bronze accents stand out. This cab features an upper handrail and lower guard rail which offers added protection, especially against large carts or bulky objects. The upper elevator interior wall panels are cherry wood veneer. The perimeter of each upper wall panel is covered with wooden edge molding. The lower elevator interior wall panels are fabricated using stone textured plastic laminate. Combining these materials adds texture and depth the the elevator cab, giving it a clean professional look. All satin Muntz Bronze is lacquered to prevent against oxidation and discoloration.

The Astoria Apartment project features an upper/lower vertical wall panel design. The upper wall panels are butchers block plastic laminate with a stainless steel panel binder surrounding each panel. The lower wall panels are architectural textured metal. This elevator cab interior ceiling is satin stainless steel with integrated LED down lighting. The reveals and flat bar handrail are also satin stainless steel. Aesthetically this elevator cab interior is pleasing to the eye. It has a sharp modern look that goes well with the overall decor of the building.

Wrapping the panel edges in a stainless steel panel binder improves the life of your elevator wall panels. Not only does it look good but panel binders greatly increase resistance to panel edges cracking or chipping. Textured metal finishes also improve resistance to panel damage such as denting or scratching. The rigid texture of the surface is much more resistant to impact than a standard smooth surface.

Rossyln Heights elevator interior renovation project was one of a kind. The elevator interior wall panels are wrapped in fabric. Upper wall panel fabric is a ivy pattern while the lower wall panels are a textile pattern fabric. The upper and lower wall panel sections are segregated by a satin stainless steel chair rail. Integrated into the top and bottom the chair rail are mirror polished ribs that run horizontally throughout the elevator cab interior. The frieze and base match the chair rail design. This elevator ceiling is a satin aluminum grid frame with lay-in egg crate light diffuser panels. Lighting used in this elevator cab are florescent fixtures attached to the cab dome. The flooring for this cab is a vinyl tile with a double border. This cab design is both elegant and tasteful.

Satin stainless steel wall panels were used at the chair rail. The handrail is round satin stainless steel. Ceiling and flooring were not included in this project. This elevator cab interior has an industrial design that is well suited for a business type atmosphere.

The elevator interior wall panels are made from cherry wood veneer. Each panel is wrapped in a satin stainless steel panel binder. The panel binders offer increased protection to the edges of each panel as well as a refined look.

The frieze and base are fabricated from architectural woven metal mesh. Each reveal consists of white solid surface material, making the elevator interior really stand out.

The ceiling is satin stainless steel and has integrated LED strip lighting.

The reveals are fabricated from satin stainless steel. A unique feature of this elevator cab interior is it's large protruded frieze. The face of the frieze is flush with the face of the wall panels. The base reveals featured integrated ventilation which are fabricated into the base on each side wall.

Flooring is carpet tile which matches the rest of the cab nicely. This elevator cab interior promotes a friendly atmosphere.

Recessed lighting is designed to offer a warm ambiance to passengers as they ride inside the car. The reveals and handrail are satin Muntz Bronze and match the elevator ceiling.

The elevator interior wall panels are a wood grain plastic laminate and wrapped in satin stainless steel panel binders. Panel binders provide a high class look as well as providing increased protection the wall panel edges. The reveals are satin stainless steel and match the panel binders. This elevator cab front wall is unique with respect to the satin stainless steel reveal strips. These stainless strips are inlayed into the front wall giving the appearance of the horizontal reveals transitioning across the front wall and cab door. The plastic laminate and stainless steel strips are directly applied to the cab front wall and interior door.
